My Story.
My Mission.
I realised as a boy that sport has the power to change lives, for both the people playing it and the people watching it. Sport is the shining beacon of what is possible. It is the greatest metaphor for life. History is littered with almost unimaginable stories of great sportsmen and sportswomen breaking down boundaries, rewriting history, defying the odds and reshaping what was once thought as impossible. Yet these athletes saw the word “Impossible” and looked at it from a higher place of consciousness. They saw the exact same letters yet inside their mind it read “Im-possible”!
Throughout my years of uncovering the mysteries of sporting excellence, my greatest discovery was unearthed through the understanding of the mind-body connection. Every single thought you have is creating a neurochemical concoction of changes which effects the emotional vibration of your mind and ultimately impacts the physiology and functioning of your body.
For over 20 years I have worked with talented athletes in many different settings and environments of all ages of varied elite levels; from elite junior amateurs to professional athletes performing at the very top of elite sport. Throughout these 20 years I have created a mentoring service teaching athletes powerful Mental Performance skills and NeuroCise© techniques to help them master their mind so they can gain mastery over their body and ultimately their performance and lives.
